Preparation
We’ll get to know each other on a 30-minute discovery call. If we’re the right fit, I’ll send over a proposal, contract, deposit invoice and Brand Foundation Workbook to prepare for our time together. Ideally you’ll also put together a Pinterest board of your preferences.
Brand Design Day
The exciting part – I’ll use your secret sauce to create a delicious brand identity. Starting with 2 x concepts, 2 rounds of feedback and revisions, all finalised and approved by 3pm.
Served up
Within 24 hours you’ll receive your One Page Brand Style Guide and logos in a range of different formats. Just like that? You’ll have a clear and consistent identity to grow your visibility.

I’m a new business, is this a good fit for me?
Yes! A lot of brand strategy and identity packages out there will come with a hefty price tag, drawn-out process and be far to in-depth for businesses that are just starting out and finding their feet. I’ve created a range of packages to suit your budget and needs.
What is the payment schedule?
The deposit is 50%, then the remainder is due before final file delivery.
Accessibility - Will *everyone* be able to see my new branding?
Absolutely. I test all brand colour palettes against accessibility contrast requirements and make adjustments accordingly. In an on-brand way of course.
How come you can get brand design done quickly, which would otherwise take weeks?
Great question, because I never want the tight timeframe to reflect the quality. When I work on longer projects I dive deeper into their strategy, research audience and competition in much more depth and give clients more time to provide feedback and revisions – sometimes it takes weeks. By booking the Express Brand package we’re removing deeper research, additional brand assests like icons and patterns and condensing the design process. It’s perfect for those who need a starting point for their strategy, think quickly and enjoy exclusive 1:1 contact. Check out the comprehensive branding option if that would suit you better.
Can I make extra changes after the final feedback?
I won’t deliver your work and ghost you (phew). One week after receiving your new branding, you’ll have the option for a follow up call to ask any questions or voice your concerns. If you decide you need further tweaks, these are done at the hourly rate.
Do you design business cards and other print and digital assets?
Absolutely! You can let me know which print and digital asset designs you need and I’ll add them to your proposal with your branding. If I haven’t worked on your branding, I can do graphic design like this during a Design Saviour Day.
